Who are TAILS FC?
We are the only designated pet collar company producing quality fan colour collars and leads for pets.

What does FC stand for?
Traditionally in football it stands for Football Club. At TAILS FC it means Fan Colours.

Are Collars and Leads Club Branded?
No. They are inspired by club colours, in the same way that a fan striped scarf would be.

How Will My Order Be Packaged and Delivered?
All orders are carefully packaged to arrive with you in perfect condition.

• Small parcels (collars & leads): Sent by Royal Mail

• Larger items (clothing, bundles): Sent via courier

Can I Get a Discount If I Order in Bulk?
Possibly! Please email your requirements and we’ll reply with a personalised quote.

If My Order Is Damaged When Delivered, What Can I Do?
If damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work out the best way to resolve things.

The Colours Look Different to How They Looked on Screen?
Colours on screen are backlit, so they will always appear brighter than in print or fabric. Variations may also occur due to differences in monitor calibration.

What Size Collar Should I Choose?
Each product page has a size guide. If in doubt, measure your pet’s neck and drop us an email for advice.

Can I Return or Exchange an Item?
Yes – if it’s unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days. Contact us first to arrange a return.

Do You Do Custom Colours or Designs?
Not at the moment, but we’re always open to suggestions. Email us if you’ve got something in mind.
